  Fee Schedule:

Pricing is typically in accordance with HUD, FHA and VA guidelines, less 20%. However, individual pricing may be applied in situations that require special needs. I offer up to 50% discount for cubic yardage, if your system is capable of computing dual discounts.

I have learned throughout the years there are some companies that want you to have everything there is out there and will even offer to sell it to you, including their own insurance and a background check. Then like a cheap date, never call you again.

I am looking to extend my work load for other great companies, without extending the travel distance, however, I am willing to extend to these zip codes under certain circumstances:

Debris Removal

Our crews remove all interior, exterior debris from the property, as authorized and requested by client. We calculate the amount of debris in cubic yards. We provide photos of before and after to justify the amount and verify the finished job.

Board Up

We secure properties by boarding up broken windows, doors, i.e. all openings ensuring the property is not accessible. We also provide photos of work before and after completed boarding

Security Door Installations

If the door is broken or missing, we can install a security door on hinges.

Locks Change

Our crew changes the lock(s) at the property to the key code according to the regulatory requirements for the loan type standards, unless otherwise instructed by you.

Winterization

We drain the pipes at the property, to prevent freeze damage, according to the regulatory requirements for the loan type. Our crew drains pipes using a compressor, check the system for damage and post notices specifying the work performed.

Evictions

As authorized by you, we will meet the local law enforcement officials for the eviction. Our moving and securing crew will perform and complete the eviction in cooperation with proper legal authorities and according to the regulatory specifications for the loan type, unless otherwise instructed by the local law enforcement official on site, or local/state statute.

Homes / Offices / Factories / Warehouses, etc. clean outs

We will provide labor, equipment and trucks for any of your clean out projects. All debris will be hauled away and legally disposed of, leaving your place in the broom clean sweep condition. All vehicles & personals can be securely stored indefinitely

We will remove unwanted/abandoned vehicles from your property at  NO COST  to you.
They will be stored and properly disposed of according to NC DMV after 90 days.
We will collect the fees from the owner of the vehicle when they claim it... If they claim it.
This gets the vehicle off of your property, out of your way and you don't have to pay a wrecker, storage fees or any other costs.
